Arancia Pumps, in collaboration with the company Bost Machine Tools, manufacturers of heavy duty machine tools, has delivered an H5 Econtroll pump for its new horizontal T4H5 lathe especially designed for the aeronautics sector. The pump has been exclusively manufactured and programmed to cool the boring bar at high pressure; it comes with avariable frequency drive built into the motor for absolute pressure control through the machine’s M functions.

This is the second lathe unit of these characteristics equipped with H5 Econtroll pumps and its purpose is to machine the landing gear of two commercial airplane models, the Boeing 787 “Dreamliner” and the Airbus A350.
